Fees & Insurance

$300.00 for a 75 minute Initial Evaluation Session

$225.00 for a 50 minute Psychotherapy session

$125.00 for a 25 minute Psychotherapy session

I am not a provider for any insurance panels at this time including Medicare and Medi-Cal.

As such, I am unable to seek reimbursement from these panels. 

I am happy to provide a superbill which you may then send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement (I cannot provide a superbill for Medicare or Medi-Cal). What amount is reimbursed to you or if reimbursement is available at all, is subject to the guidelines set up by your insurance carrier.

I have formally opted-out of Medicare. This allows me to see a Medicare patient for a mutually agreed upon fee.  Under this opt-out agreement, seeking reimbursement from Medicare is not allowed.

I do provide service at a reduced fee. Currently, the 4 time slots I set aside for reduced fee work are taken. You should periodically check this webpage or call if to see if there are any reduced fee time slots available.
